Inspection contracts

Preventive maintenance and care improves reliability and efficiency of your production process.

During regular maintenance, we take care to ensure that the reliability of machines and systems is maximised and to prevent future breakdown. Implementation of appropriate modifications is a partof this process (for example software updates) - a service, which only an OEM can offer.

Our experienced service engineer analyses your systems and can identify any irregularities.

• Per year one day inspection according to check list contents the following: machine review for general condition of the machine (visual inspection), machine inspection for safe working condition, review for wear of components and essential engineering, corrosion, damage and mobility of movable parts, review of safety of the relevant devices.
• Detailed status report on the results in an examination report.
• A one-time discount of 10% for any works identified during the inspection, and a 5% discount on the recommended necessary spare parts for rebuilding of the nominal condition. The offer is valid for the ordered machine in one-shift operation (hours 1.800h / year). At a higher utilization of your machine, we recommend the packages for the 2 or 3 shift operation. We recommend also the conclusion of the WTA INSPECTION PRO package for several machines. For the inspection of more machines we will offer you an individual price. Contact us for this!
